TUSTIN, Calif.— (BUSINESS WIRE)—Feb. 27, 2024—LIBERTY Dental Plan, a leading benefits administrator founded in 2002 by dentists and health industry professionals which currently administers dental benefits in all 50 states, today announced the appointment of Dorie Ramey as Chief People Officer.

Ramey, brings nearly 30 years of experience in both healthcare consulting and corporate Human Resources roles, serving in Chief Human Resources Officer and Chief People Officer roles at high growth care organizations such as Cotiviti and naviHealth. Most recently, she served as Chief People Officer at Eating Recovery Center, where she reported to the CEO and was responsible for talent acquisition, management and development, people operations and services, teammate experience, compensation, benefits, and people business partners for over 2,500 employees.

Ramey holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Clemson University and an MBA from the University of Georgia.
