By utilizing GenAI-based Care Management powered by careassistant.ai, coupled with LIBERTY’s nurse-led, accomplished case managers, LIBERTY’s new Care Management platform provides state-of-the-art, innovative technology, enabling the creation of highly accurate "care plans" for members while also automating reporting capabilities to deliver timely results to regulators and health plan partners.
