LIBERTY Dental Plan fully supports all forms of Electronic Claims Submission. We have payer ID’s for all major clearing houses, including Emdeon, Tesia, and DentalXchange. Please email support@libertydentalplan.com for a complete list of our payer ID’s. In addition, LIBERTY Dental plan is also capable of receiving and processing raw 837 files directly from your practice. The benefits of electronic submission include:

  • Reduction in labor costs, postage cost, and storage costs
  • Reduction in paper waste
  • Faster turn-around time and subsequent payment to your office.

LIBERTY Dental Plan’s provider web portal allows offices access to many features, Eligibility, Claims history as well as the ability to submit claims online. Once you sign up, you can use the built in tools to submit claims online. Please access iTransact web portal to sign in or create an account!
